Famo was a German brand of tractors and tracked vehicles, based in Breslau, now Wroclaw (Poland). Famo was founded yr 1935 with the purchase of the mechanical engineering department of Linke-Hofmann-Busch by the Junkers company.

Breslau plant produced two types of tracked vehicles: the "Ruebezahl" and the "Boxer". Famo produced a crawler tractor weighing 18 tons starting yr 1918. In the Second World War they moved to Schönebeck.

From January 1946 tractor production was restarted. Yr 1948 the name was changed to Fahrzeugwerke Schönebeck IFA, which currently belongs to the Doppstadt group.

In the time between 1964 to 1972 the tractor-factory SCHÖNEBECK in Eastern Germany produced the tractor FORTSCHRITT RS 09/124 (GT 124). From yr 2018 on Dr. Rumpler and students of the University in Magdeburg (Germany) developed and worked out a concept
